Upcoming Community Programmes

Calling all youth organisations!

This summer, empower the young people in your youth organisation, group or club through participation in Soar’s Quest programme.

Running as a multi-week series in the Dublin 7 area on Thursday afternoons from 11th June - 13th August 2026, Quest is a free, CPD-accredited programme designed to complement the impactful work you already do with your group.

The programme focuses on helping young people build a stronger understanding of themselves and others. Through engaging, interactive workshops, participants explore emotions, strengthen self-worth, and learn practical coping strategies that support resilience and wellbeing.

Quest offers a safe, inclusive environment where young people can connect with other young people beyond their friend groups, helping to build confidence, new relationships and feel a greater sense of belonging.

For youth workers and leaders, this programme offers a trusted, structured and authentic experience for your young people over the summer months.

More than just a programme, QUEST is a supportive community environment where teenagers feel seen, heard and valued. A place to grow, belong, and discover the “hidden hero” within themselves.

Soar creates and delivers preventative, character-building workshops for all teenagers. Creating spaces where every young person feels seen, heard and valued.

We work in partnership with youth groups and community leaders to support young people in developing confidence, resilience and a strong sense of self. Through guided activities and open conversations, participants can deepen their connection with themselves and others, build empathy and self-awareness.

Our workshops encourage young people to explore who they are, what matters to them and what might be holding them back, without judgement. The focus is to help each individual recognise their own strengths and voice.

What you can expect:

  • A safe, inclusive environment that facilitates participation from all young people if they choose to do so

  • Activities that build empathy, trust and meaningful connection

  • Stronger peer relationships and a sense of community within your group

  • A warm and genuine approach from our team
