“It was raw, but I feel like I am on a new beginning, and it made me closer with people in my year.”  - TY Workshop Participant

We are SOAR

DARE TO BE REAL.

DARE TO BE REAL.

Helping teenagers to discover who they are and what they can achieve with our evidenced-based, wellbeing programmes designed to foster resilience, courage and empathy in young people .

Who are we?

We believe that exploration of the question “Who am I?” is a pathway to living an authentic life.

Young people's experiences are at the heart of everything we do. Our programmes are guided by their voices.

4 ground-breaking programmes

We have created 4 ground-breaking programmes, both in and out of the school system.

  • “There was a comfort in knowing that someone else has felt the same way you have. It was very validating for everyone's emotions.”

    - TY Workshop participant

  • “Excellent format for the workshop. Student led but facilitators were able to encourage the students to open up more. Some students spoke more in the workshop than they have done in school ever”.

    - Teacher

  • “As a movement SOAR bears witness to the fact of our human vulnerability and the need for acceptance, care and recognition on our various individual and sometimes shared roads to wellness”

    - Dr Maeve O’Brien Head of Human Development, DCU
