Calling all young people aged 13-18: this summer, something EXCITING is waiting for you!

Unlock Your Hidden Hero this summer with Soar’s Quest programme. A powerful multi-week programme taking place in the Dublin 7 area on Thursday afternoons between 11th June and 13th August 2026.

Designed to support young people with getting to know themselves more, this FREE, CPD-accredited programme offers a safe, inclusive space to explore emotions, build confidence, meet like-minded people, make new friends and develop the resilience needed to navigate life’s ups and downs.

Through engaging, interactive workshops, participants will strengthen their self-worth, learn practical coping skills, and connect with others on a similar journey.

More than just a programme, QUEST is a supportive community environment where teenagers feel seen, heard and valued. A place to grow, belong, and discover the “hidden hero” within yourself.
