QUEST Summer Programme FAQ’s

Calling all young people aged 13-18: this summer, something EXCITING is waiting for you! More than just a programme, QUEST is a supportive community environment where you feel seen, heard and valued. A place to grow, belong, and discover the “hidden hero” within yourself.

  • Quest is a transformative 10-week journey as a small group of young people designed to build self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful connection amongst yourself and each other in order to help unlock your full potential and live authentically.

Through engaging, interactive workshops, participants will strengthen their self-worth, learn practical coping skills, and connect with others on a similar journey.

  • If you’ve been to a Soar workshop before, you’ll recognise the vibe. It’s all about creating a space where you feel safe, included, relaxed, and can actually have some fun while taking part.

Each week we will explore different themes such as building confidence, goal setting, through activity based exercises.

  • The programme is led by Soar facilitators. If you’ve done a workshop before, there’s a good chance you’ll see some familiar faces.

  • Not necessarily. We’d definitely recommend coming as often as you can to get the most out of it, but it’s totally okay if you miss a session here and there.

  • It’s completely free - no fees at all.

  • No stress - you can still come along. Loads of people join on their own, and it’s set up so everyone feels welcome and gets to know each other.

  • It means the programme has been officially checked and approved as a high-quality learning experience that supports personal development.
