Yes! Soar’s training curriculum is designed to provide the development and training an individual needs in order to deliver Soar programmes and workshops at the highest standard. The curriculum focuses on four key areas, aiming to develop both personal and professional capability of the individuals / and group. The key areas are;

Our facilitators roles and responsibilities in workshops are based on their level of ability and experience. A facilitator’s progress, regardless of level, is consistently assessed, reviewed and developed. This allows for continuous growth and development in the skills, knowledge and ability necessary to deliver high quality workshops. Our programme delivery team are some of the hardest working and passionate people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and we are so grateful for the work that they commit themselves to.

Our learning and development department are committed to maintaining a high standard of facilitator training within our organisation, ensuring the safety of all young people who we work with.
